Airport Help (Rome Fiumicino)?

Hello, im arriving into Rome Terminal 3 on a flight from London, and 2 hours later i have a flight to Pisa from Terminal 1. My bags are checked through to Pisa from London. How do i get from T3 to T1, is there a flight connections lane i can use?? Thanks in advance
