Alright the title may be a bit misleading, I am a bad person. But first lets give the background information! I will be attending college in Texas this upcoming fall 2011 Semester. Everything is all dandy, except one thing. My Dorm does not have Wifi. Now I know the first thing would be, Why do you need wifi in a 12' by 12' room? WELL the answer is that at times I want to work on my bed, or have some sort of freedom and not work at my desk 24/7 with an ugly ethernet cable. I want to be able to use my ipod for browsing the internet because sometimes its faster than loading up the computer etc... Unfortunatley for watever reason my College seems to think we should not have any routers. I for one, refuse to obey this law, and so i am indeed a bad person. But in all fairness im not planning on doing anything illegal, or obstructing anything. All i want is the freedom to work anywhere i want in my room, or use the interent function on my ipod. So i was browsing all through out the internet, and came upon stories with individuals who also faced the same problem but they figured out soultions to the problems. They said what they did was lower the signal level to just their rooms, kept their wifi password protected, and wifi invisible ( meaning that the only way you can find the wifi signal is if you knew the name of the network, and the password.) So I was wondering how do all this on airport express. Or if you have any other personal ways to have wifi without the school's IT knowing please share! Thanks for all the help guys!

The wire thingie connected to the gears swings and keeps going, but as soon as I attach the wooden pendulum (even without the sliding weight), it stops. It is perfectly level and even if I tilt either way it won't work with that extra weight attached. I've tried cleaning with canned air and used graphite on pivot points of gears. That made the cuckoo and music run much better but did not effect the pendulum.

First, I read that gold is less corrosive than platinum, but platinum is used commercially although it's more expensive. Why is this? Also on the chart I looked at, it showed graphite being less corrosive than both gold and platinum, but when I've seen pure graphite use it creates a black sludge. Is this simply the graphite breaking down because it's so soft or is it actually being oxidized and corroding. If it is breaking down could that be fixed with a good binder? I know that it creates a little bit of a toxic chemical but I'm not that worried about that because I'm only saving the chlorate. 38 weeks pregnant, when is it OVER?

Well he could come any time... but I wouldn't hold out for it. Trust me I sympathize with you with my first pregnancy I was miserable at the end and I hadn't even put on 25 pounds. However, my son decided he was gonna hang in there. I was 8 days past the due date they had given me when my water finally broke! So like I said the baby could come any day... or not for another 3-4 weeks. Just hang in there, your body and the baby will know when its the right time to come out... Possible Escher pencil figurative sketch?

so... i draw pictures using graphite pencils, not charcoal. i really really want to get a portfolio to put all my art work in, but usually people only use those portfolios for things such as photographs because the pencil will smear onto the plastic page protectors. if i use that spray (cant think of what it is called...) that they use to spray on art or projects will it prevent it from smearing onto the plastic and ruining my picture..? or what else could i do? what other proffesional things could i put my art in?? please help!!!

Why does my right nipple hurt?

You're just going to have to learn how to draw lightly and use soft pencils instead of pressing into the paper. Erasers work by removing the surface of the paper and the graphite with it, so already you are trying an extreme solution (though it is the normal one). If it doesn't work, and it clearly doesn't, you don't have many options.

Paint Tool Sai much better than paint?

Normal Paint on Windows 7 just isn't going to cut it. I want to color my anime drawings professionally, with shading and blended colors. I'm not worried about doing it because I can do it on paint, but it takes me weeks to do little portions because the stupid fill only works on things that are the same color. I want something that can fill in a full selected region, so I don't have to sit on the computer for hours, manually coloring with a paint brush. I have to zoom for accurateness, so you can imagine how long that takes. I don't think I've ever finished a picture because of it. I either scan or take pictures of my drawings and upload them to the computer. The problem is that the paper shows up not all the same color, most likely from graphite smears, and I wouldn't expect the paper to be fully white in the first place. There are tons of variations of grays that paint picks up, so that completely ruins the use of the fill tool. It's driving me insane. I know I can just use colored pencils, which I do, and they come out really nice, but I'd like to use the computer to get a smooth and really finished look. Can I do that with Paint Tool Sai? I don't want to waste my money on something that can't even do that. Thanks.

I have a couple 2 pound lead fishing weights, which I believe are almost pure lead. Right now I'm working on an electrolysis cell for making sodium chlorate. I heard that lead dioxide makes good inert electrodes that will corrode slowly, and if I can make it out of lead they would be pretty cheap. So how can I turn my lead fishing weights into lead dioxide? I heard that if I simply use them for electrodes they anode will continuously create a layer of lead dioxide around it. Can I just use a sodium chloride solution or do I have to use an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid? Ok so I was on our boat yesterday sitting on the top and we went over a bump and I jabbed my head against this metal point, it looks like the corner of a car door. How do you draw skin on a portrait?

well in a nutshell... this is how i do it; i start out with a light outline of the face, work on the eyes, than the nose than mouth. and in between doing each feature i shade the skin. when you draw a face always look at the shades and blending NEVER make bold outlines because that takes away the 3-D and realistic effect. focus on the shadows when you look at the picture and when you draw you dark and light and all in between shades on the skin. than after that you can take a drawing stump or tortillion or even a tissue and smear the pencil markings to smoothen it out so the lines blend together. oh and when you blend make sure you go in the direction the lines do if that makes sense lol best of luck! :)

Hello, first let me start from the beginning. I work at a store with a drive through, so if someone passes the speaker without ordering we call it a drive up. I am new to this store and someone said there was going to be a "pull through" so I said, do you mean a drive up? I wasn't even talking to this guy when he chimed in, "it's called a pull through here so get used to it Missy." I just ignored that comment but then later he was like my legs are really hairy. So I jokingly said, "You should shave your legs." that's when he told me to hold my tongue. I was completely shocked by this because I've never been treated like that. So for the rest of the day I just did my work and said as little as possible to him, only speaking when it was work related. Later when he was off he came up to the register I was working and was like, "I hope you didn't feel ostracized today with all the boys here having there conversations. I replied that it didn't bother me. Then as i was leaving he told me to have a good night, I said you to then left. I don't know if he left bad or if he was just trying to take more jabs at me but how do I deal with this if it comes up again? P.S. He is 27 and I am 18.

all of A sudden I hear A realy loud nouse in my ear it was painful it was A jabbing pain I heard like water or like wind pushing really hard againest my ear drum for 2minutes it freaked me out. I went to the hospital and the Dr, gave me anitbotics to take and said my left ear was very inflammed and very raw. I dont understand how this weird thing happend to me I had no idication of any ear pain at all! I am very upset and scared I am going to lose my hearing. I been having horrible anxietyattacks over this. I was also refered to an ent but scared to go because I have this thing with my ears my ear is muffled but not as bad as the day it happend sounds like its wind or something please tell me what happend to me. i took my jack russell out from 8 weeks old ... no puppy pads ... you should take the dog out every two hours around the clock for four days ... and then after every meal, every play session, after walking up the pup should be taken outside ... and patience ... if you are standing there getting annoyed the pup is taking so long, the pup feels that and sometimes it will stop them from going ... so be patient :O) and reinforce with appropriate crate training (one hour in the crate for every month the dog has been alive up to 6 hours in total) ... the dog should never be left unattended until he is housebroken because you can't discipline what you did not see ... and when watching the pup try to catch the cues he does before he has an accident so when you see him start to turn around or sniff, you can call out hey and hurry him outdoors ... when my pup was than young i would sometimes scoop her up and carry her outside to avoid an accident indoors ... that housebroke my jack with one accident in 12 years ... and of course, don't forget the extreme praise for every drop of urine and every poop the pup drops outdoors :O)

well in a nutshell... this is how i do it; i start out with a light outline of the face, work on the eyes, than the nose than mouth. and in between doing each feature i shade the skin. when you draw a face always look at the shades and blending NEVER make bold outlines because that takes away the 3-D and realistic effect. focus on the shadows when you look at the picture and when you draw you dark and light and all in between shades on the skin. than after that you can take a drawing stump or tortillion or even a tissue and smear the pencil markings to smoothen it out so the lines blend together. oh and when you blend make sure you go in the direction the lines do if that makes sense lol best of luck! :)

In the bomb I put, chromium, bleach, pine sol, comet, match heads,plastic shrapnel piece, graphite, men's cologne, active sunscreen, lemon juice(citric acid), flour, candle heads, candle oil, aluminum foil pieces, sandwich bag piece, wax paper, and the head of a cigarette. The smoke bomb is 4 1/2 inches, and 1.8cm wide, it is a cylinder and only the substance insert hole is about only 1cm wide, with the grenade pegs taking up 1 inch of the bottom area. So I only could insert roughly 4-9 grams of substances overall. It is very small, but I just want to know what will happen if I light it in a wide open field of cut grass? Yesterday, i finished my third oil painting and i wasn't very happy with it. I've had experience with graphite all my life, but i only started painting this year (I'm a junior). I'm pretty comfortable with pencil, and my first two painting, but this was my first in color(portrait painting by they way) and i don't know what happen. I could have done much better and right now I'm feeling really bad about it. I had hoped that Utah would be a better place then what we have experienced. I do not care about most of the things. I only want to try to get the family air looms back. I have a friend who is very spoiled and I need help dealing with them.?

I have a family friend, (my mom is friends with his mom) he is the youngest of 3. The oldest and youngest (boys) are VERY spoiled but the middle (girl) child is independent and easy going. I have to say the youngest is far more spoiled than the oldest. For example, Lets say people aren't supposed to eat on the carpet, the mom wont do anything if she sees her kids eating on it but if she sees someone else's kid doing it she will start screaming. How can I prepare for my first sparring for Boxing?

2 months later I'm going to be sparring with the chairman of my gym (former WBA Minimum weight boxer who was world ranked 3rd) and I really want to impress him as he knows I have been working really hard in the gym. I'm about 120.8 lbs and 5 ft 8.4 in. I have been working out on my bicep/triceps, legs anabdominalls as well as chest so I could become more physically fit, and have re-started road working as I had my semester exams and I just spent most of my time studying. But now that's over and my summer vacation has started, I can train all day to get prepared. But the thing is, I haven't learned how to head slip, duck, weave, or any defensive techniques, all I know is to jab, right cross and throw a left hook, nothing else. But I'm sure the chairman will teach me shortly. The point of the question is, is there anything else I could work on? To people who are experienced, it would be appreciated if you all would lend me some helpful tips (muscle workouts, roadworks, etc)
